A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Consultant: In this role, you'll be actively engaged in: Business Development: Building new client relationships, negotiating contracts, and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Engagement: Sourcing, headhunting, and interviewing top talent for your specialised market.
Client Relationship Management: Negotiating and agreeing on terms and ensuring long-term partnerships.
