Key Responsibilities: Guest Service Excellence: Provide high standards of hospitality by efficiently handling guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining a thorough knowledge of all registration requirements, and ensuring all Front Office and QA standards are met.
Operational Support: Assist in the smooth running of the front desk operations, including managing reservations, utilizing the Property Management System (PMS), and processing payments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Customer Care: Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Address inquiries, handle guest complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and courteous service, resolving issues using the learning and service excellence process.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and an exceptional guest experience.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain seamless service delivery.
Sales and Financial Support: Knowledge of hotel rates, packages, discounts, and vouchers.
Follow cash handling procedures, identify sales leads, and pass them to the sales department.
Ensure all charges are accurately billed to guest accounts.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all legal responsibilities, including fire and evacuation procedures, maintaining the highest standards of personal cleanliness and grooming as per hotel standards.
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
Requirements: Enthusiastic about delivering excellent guest service in a hospitality setting.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage, along with knowledge of PMS systems.
