Job DescriptionOur client is a Prestige car dealership based in Hatfield, who are looking to recruit an experiencedReceptionistto join their existing team.
As aReceptionistyou will welcome all customers visiting the dealership and delivering outstanding customer service.
You will need to be able to build a rapport with customers, establish their needs quickly and assist in anyway required.
Receptionist: Greeting customers, introducing to service, parts & salesAnswering telephone calls and relay messages as requiredProviding refreshments to customers whilst they waitKeeping the showroom friendly and under controlAdministration duties for the running of the dealership, holiday cover, sickness records, Health & safetyCustomer satisfaction recordsMust be able to work with initiative under pressure About You: You will need to be highly organisedExcellent computer skills – Must be trained on ExcelHave a smart appearanceExcellent telephone manner and customer-facing skillsEnthusiasticDriving licence preferable Package:£24,000-£25,000 Hours:Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Gary – Jago Consultants
