Roles and responsibilities specific to this postWe are looking to recruit, a reliable, flexible and welcoming 'As and When' Receptionist to support our services.
Working as part of our admin team you will be responsible for welcoming centre users, ensuring they are directed to the correct service or room, answering the phone, responding to enquires, and undertaking basic administrative tasks.
The post holder will be based on reception at Camphill Children and Family Centre in Nuneaton, but the role may also include opportunity to work at other locations across the locality, subject to service needs.
For these reasons access to your own transport may be desirable but not essential.
Please Note - This is an 'As and When' post.
Anticipated hours of work will mostly be between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9-12noon Saturday.
Hours are available during both school terms and school holidays.
Flexibility to occasionally work evenings would also be desirable but not essential.
You will work as part of a dedicated, professional, and friendly team to help improved outcomes for children and families.
As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact in our Centre.
Do you have a warm and welcoming manner?
Can you be empathetic?
Can you communicate clearly, confidently, and respectfully with members of the public and professionals alike?
Can you work with care to ensure personal information is kept confidential?
Do you have good IT skills?
