Saïd Business School, Park End Street, Oxford and Egrove Park, Kennington Grade 3: £26,948 - £29,881 per annum including the Oxford University Weighting of £1,500 per annum Receptionist: Permanent, full time (two posts)Fixed-term (to 31 December 2025), full time (one post) Receptionist – Late Shift: Fixed-term (one year), one full time post or two part time posts Key responsibilities: Operate the visitor/contractor access card system.
Utilise booking system software for seminar and meeting rooms.Accept and manage deliveries, ensuring timely notifications and onward delivery arrangements.Manage the sale and stock control of merchandise, ensuring accurate processing of payments.
