Main duties of the job Warmly welcoming clientsto our clinics, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.Efficiently registering clientsand scheduling follow-up appointments as needed.Supporting the smooth operationof our clinics across nine locations: Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark, and Sherwood.Maintaining accurate and organized client notesto ensure seamless results management.

Job description Job responsibilities To understand the role in more details, please read the attached job description and person specification Person Specification Knowledge Essential Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard Interpersonal and communication skills Desirable General knowledge of the NHS Good listening Skills Ability to work under pressure Qualifications Essential Good standard of general education Further training Essential Will be required to undertake training on IT systems used by the service Experience Essential Team worker Previous clerical and customer care experience required Desirable Work in client centred healthcare environment Contractual requirements Essential Ability to travel to various locations within hospital and community settings Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service Need to be able to work across seven day service provision Mandatory training as per trust requirements Annual appraisal
