Job summary As a Receptionist at a Barchester care home, you'll provide the warm welcome that helps to make sure every resident and visitor feels at home with us.
You'll have a vital role in creating a positive and friendly environment as the first point of contact for almost everyone who comes to the home.
The role is very varied, and you can expect to answer phone calls, greet visitors, manage the reception area, show prospective residents and their families around, and carry out some administrative tasks.
