We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Reception Supervisor to lead our front desk team.

Reception Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise and support the front desk team, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining high standards of service.
Assist with duty manager shifts, managing hotel operations and resolving guest issues efficiently.
Implement upselling techniques to enhance guest stays and maximize revenue.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Reception Supervisor Qualifications: Experience with working with Opera Proven experience in a hotel reception or front desk role, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
