Real Estate Litigation Lawyer 2+ PQE I am working with a leading law firm with a reputation for providing exceptional legal services in real estate and property law.
Due to continued growth they are seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Lawyer to join their dynamic team.
In this role you will manage a diverse and challenging caseload involving complex real estate disputes.
You will provide expert legal advice and representation to clients involved in litigation related to property matters, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on a wide range of real estate litigation matters, including disputes over leases, boundaries, property rights, easements, and development issues.
Manage cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements.
Work closely with other departments in the firm, providing expert input on real estate transactions and disputes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic and practical advice.
Keep abreast of current developments in real estate law and relevant case law.
The Ideal Candidate: I am looking for a motivated, detail-oriented lawyer with a strong background in real estate litigation.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years PQE in real estate litigation.
