About the Role: As Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in investment decisions.
Reporting to the Investment Director, you will work closely with investment and executive teams, leveraging your financial expertise to drive data-driven strategies.
The successful candidate will own key processes, streamline internal systems, and contribute to impactful decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with investment, asset management, and executive teams to drive investment decisions.
Support capital raising and debt initiatives alongside the executive team.
Identify and unlock value-add opportunities at the asset, portfolio, and business level.
Take ownership of streamlining financial modelling processes in partnership with Finance.
Provide regular performance reports to investor clients on portfolio and new acquisitions.
Skills & Experience: Advanced financial modelling and data analytical expertise within real estate investment, accountancy, or banking.
Ability to work effectively within a close-knit team and cultivate long-term relationships.
Strong interest in market trends and the ability to plan ahead.
Comfortable presenting complex analyses to internal stakeholders and external investors.
