Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Warwickshire & West Midlands: TM Green is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to work on a range of exciting construction projects across Warwickshire and the West Midlands.
This role focuses on managing commercial and contractual aspects, ensuring successful delivery and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial and contractual activities throughout the construction process.
Advise on subcontractor selection, package scopes, and tender reviews.
Analyse contract documents and manage financial arrangements, including cash flow and interim valuations.
Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and final accounts.
Maintain project profitability and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
