Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location : Portadown, Northern Ireland Salary : £35,000-£60,000 + Benefits (DOE) Benefits : Company car, pension, bonus scheme, cycle to work scheme, free parking.
A dynamic construction company is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Portadown, Northern Ireland.
You will manage cost control, contract administration, and ensure smooth project delivery, reporting directly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities : Re-measure and check subcontractor work for payments and valuations.
Manage project programmes and subcontractors.
Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings.
Document and value contract variations.
Ensure contracts run smoothly and identify actions for early completion.
Liaise with clients and maintain high standards of quality and satisfaction.
Requirements : Experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor.
Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Driving Licence required.
