Quant Trader - Seeding Opportunity

A successful trading fund, providing competitive seeding opportunities, are seeking short term mid to high frequency quantitative portfolio managers / traders, looking for highly competitive formulaic pay structures and more independence.
You will need to have a track record of live trading for at least the last 2 years, producing a minimum of $5mn in PnL per year, with a sharpe ratio north of 2.
The seed set ups are open to quant traders in global locations (existing groups are currently based across the USA, Europe and Asia).
The group has access to global markets and trades across all major asset classes.
They are offering 20-45% of PnL, up to $500mn of trading capital, working capital and competitive infrastructure with access to a full back office team.
You will have the ability to either work remotely, start your own fund / office or join one of the firm's existing office locations.
