About the Role As a Quality Shift Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing the daily Quality Assurance processes for our poultry products, ensuring they consistently meet all required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate quality checks on raw materials intake, ensuring all materials meet agreed specifications Act as the main QA contact for material quality assessment, with the ability to address issues promptly on the floor Supervise and support the QA team in inspecting incoming goods, managing non-conformities, and addressing issues promptly Engage with suppliers and troubleshoot in a fast-paced, hands-on environment About You This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in food quality assurance or within a FMCG environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions are crucial.
