Quality Manager – Home Care The Company Our client is a well established Home Care company based in Edinburgh.
The company is family run and offers highly regarded services to its clients in the city and across the Lothian region.
The Role As Quality Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that high standards are met and maintained across the company and that staff are adhering to the SSSC code of practice.
You will conduct regular risk assessments.
You will suggest improvements to the service based on the audits and provide training support where required.
