Quality Control Technician - Controlled

As a Quality Control Technician at our manufacturing site, your role will be to support in the testing and release of foot & mouth disease antigen & vaccine batches.
You will also support with environmental testing required to maintain compliance at a GMP site
TASK & RESPONSIBILITES
• All aspects of in process and final product testing where results are used to support release of batches to required specifications, including receipt of test samples into QC.

• Test in support of the site utlilities and environmental testing programs
• Support with validation activities
• Managing stock levels and ordering of consumables
• Support with site utilities and environmental testing programs
• Sterilization of equipment and waste removal from the restricted area.

REQUIREMENTS
• Biological based degree/qualification preferable
• Some experience of working on a regulated analytical laboratory would be desirable
• Knowledge of GxP quality systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
• Team plater
• Able to work to deadlines
