The successful candidate will play a key role in the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS), supporting both our Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS/EMS) to ensure the highest standards of compliance.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and enhance BioMars IMS, including document management and trainingSupport Quality Systems Manager in developing and sustaining the company's Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, and other relevant standardsManage the internal audit program, ensuring audits are carried out effectively with corrective actions implementedSupport environmental management, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and providing advice on environmental mattersConduct environmental walkabouts and audits, track performance, and prepare monthly reportsAssist with third-party audits and ensure continuous improvement within the businessKey Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Science, Environmental Science, or equivalent experienceExperience working with ISO quality standards, specifically ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018Environmental Management experience desirable, with an environmental qualification or permit management experienceProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to communicate complex technical details clearly and effectivelyPersonal Attributes:Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a structured approach and clear ownership of tasksStrong communicator, proactive in seeking and implementing improvementsProven ability to work to tight deadlines, with a focus on continuous improvementThis role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the sustainability and quality initiatives at BioMar, ensuring high standards across the organisation.
