Key responsibilities * Register and code purchase invoices * Post authorised purchase invoices * Prepare suggested payments reports * Check supplier statements and investigate any difference to our records * Analyse and code credit card statements for authorisation by the Managing Director * Resolve account queries * Raise weekly grain self-billing invoices Personal Skills * A flexible and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a small team.
