Our client is looking for a full time Purchase Ledger Assistant to support with large volumes of transactional data input.
You will report into the Accounts Manager whilst working closely with the Sales Ledger Assistant and Financial Controller.
The role will consist of: Bank reconciliations and downloading bank statements Posting direct debits Processing cheques Handling payment runs and checking invoices Dealing with general admin tasks Handling the flow of incoming emails Experience required: Previous experience working within a finance function.
Experience of using excel Experience working with high volume of processing data This will be an office-based role based in the company HQ in Cumbernauld.
Salary will be between £23,000 - £25,000 plus benefits.
