Do you relish the challenge of curating and producing engaging content that captivates audiences?
Are you looking to leverage your skills in an invigorating role within a dynamic company known for its pioneering events?
If you answered yes, keep reading: PNE is seeking a motivated and creative Conference Producer, who will be pivotal in the planning, development, and execution of innovative public sector conferences.
With rapid growth in our portfolio, this role is central to our mission to deliver impactful public sector solutions and experiences.
What Can You Expect from the Day to Day?
Produce 6 to 7 in-person events annually.
Build and manage a network of key relationships across the public sector.
Conduct thorough market research to support the expansion of our public sector portfolio and develop commercially successful conference programmes.
Keep up to date with trends and key changes within the public sector.
Source and manage speakers, nurturing relationships to ensure mutual value.
Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimise event performance.
Monitor and evaluate event success, incorporating speaker and delegate feedback to improve future events.
Success Factors Experience in commercial conference production, within the Public Sector is beneficial.
At home applying your own research into agenda creation.
Comfortable working with high-profile individuals.
Confident in public speaking and adept at leading meetings or presentations.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Advanced written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging agendas, copy, and content.
Articulate and detail-oriented, with a strong commercial focus.
Ambitious, with a desire to learn, grow, and progress.
