Collaborating closely with public health and communications teams, you'll design, deliver, and evaluate impactful strategies that effectively target audiences, resonate with residents and reflect their voices.The post holder will actively engage with Leicestershire residents, ensuring their voice is captured and used to design effective communications and services, based on behaviour change methodology.Key responsibilities will include: Lead audience segmentation and work with communications and marketing colleagues to tailor communications to target populations.
Develop and implement behaviour change campaigns/projects in partnership with communications colleagues.
Engage with Leicestershire residents to co-produce services and strategies that address public health priorities.
Build strong relationships with community groups, stakeholders, and partners.
Deliver training to upskill staff on communications, engagement, and behaviour change.
Monitor and evaluate campaign impact using data insights to inform future activity.

Experience planning, delivering, and evaluating public health communications across various platforms.
Proven ability to plan, deliver, and analyse engagement activities such as events, roadshows, focus groups, and community meetings.
Knowledge and practical application of behaviour change methodology to design impactful communications and/or interventions.
Experience engaging with seldom-heard groups and diverse communities, incorporating their input into service delivery.
Strong skills in analysing, interpreting, and presenting data to diverse audiences.
The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, using innovative ideas to promote health messages and drive community engagement.
