About the Role: In this position, you will be working directly with students diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and various mental health challenges.
Your responsibilities will include: Supporting individual students in their daily routines Engaging them throughout the school day to help achieve specific learning objectives Assisting in identifying triggers and employing effective de-escalation tactics when required Regularly reporting on pupils' behaviors and achievements Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria: Holds a pending or qualified degree in Psychology or Criminology Possesses excellent behaviour management skills Has strong communication abilities and a genuine passion for helping others Is open to training in Team Teach and Manual Handling Why This Role?
