Key Responsibilities :Our client is looking for a highly organized, proactive Property Manager who demonstrates strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to property management.
Prior experience in the following areas will be highly beneficial: Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day operations for assigned properties, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs swiftly.
Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
Lease Management: Oversee lease agreements, including renewals and terminations, while ensuring full compliance with legal requirements.
