The main responsibilities of a Property Manager: Communicate with landlords in a way that reflects the high-level service Arranging, carrying out and following up on snagging Reports for our new-build properties.
Ensuring that we have a suitable number of keys sets for tenants, and to suitably manage any new properties.
All work is mainly office based, other tasks are outsourced such as check-ins, inventory checks etc.
Organising & recommending maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects management Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements Dealing with Deposit apportionments Managing a portfolio up to 150 properties What we're looking for in the ideal Property Manager: Minimum of 1 years Property Management experience High levels of organisation Time management Full UK Driving License (Desirable) Monday - Friday with one Saturday per month What you will get in return: A basic Salary of up to £27,000 A modern, relaxed culture that puts service first Bonus of up to £2,500 per annum Modern office space with a brand new office space in Manchester coming soon Mileage and Expenses covered when visiting sites This is a pivotal role in the growth of both the Property Management department and business.
