Property Inspector

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for an Property Inspector to join a busy Estate Agents in High Wycombe!
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the property industry.
Permanent Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm Friday 9am-5pm Every third Saturday 9am-1pm GBP25k basic plus commission Responsibilities of the Property Inspector: · Booking and carrying out property inspections.
· Visiting between 5-8 properties each day.
· Writing reports and auctioning and issues.
· Other ad hoc office duties when required.
Skills required for the Property Inspector: · Excellent admin, report writing and communication skills.
· A pro-active and self-motivated work ethic with the ability to work independently.
· Any previous property or estate agency experience a bonus.
· Flexibility to work every third Saturday.
· A professional and presentable appearance.
· Full UK driving license.
