The role and what you take care of: Are you an experienced Project Surveyor seeking your next opportunity?
This pivotal role at Magna involves managing our response repair surveyors, conducting inspections, and overseeing large repair projects to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction.
You will be a crucial part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with colleagues to uphold best practices and support Magna's mission of delivering outstanding homes.
Oversee budgets, coordinate with clients, and deliver monthly reports and cost analyses.
Manage work programmes to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, KPIs, and budget forecasting across all Magna stock.
Ensure all work complies with industry regulations, collaborate with external auditors, and address their findings.
Manage team members, ensuring Health & Safety training is current and organise necessary training sessions.
Resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
What you need to be successful: Extensive knowledge of HHSRS, Housing Act 2004, CDM Regulations 2015 (including 2023 amendment), and Decent Homes Standard 2006.
Proven experience in leading teams to achieve targets and exceptional customer service.
Strong track record of managing surveyor teams to meet programme goals.
Exceptional customer-facing skills and technical knowledge in surveying and construction.
A degree in a construction-related field is advantageous, but equivalent experience, combined with strong mathematical aptitude and excellent communication, numeracy, and interpersonal skills, will be considered.
