About the Role: As the Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for: Managing costs, budgets, and financial controls to ensure project profitability.

Overseeing procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor agreements.

Providing accurate reporting and forecasting to stakeholders.

Supporting the successful delivery of a flagship regeneration project that will shape Perth's future.

What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in large-scale construction or regeneration projects.

Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement processes, and contract administration.

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
