We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a market leading main contractor, working on prestigious heritage projects in the beautiful county of Oxfordshire.

Our projects span from Grade-listed properties to historical landmarks, requiring a blend of modern project management skills and traditional craftsmanship.
Role &; Responsibilities: As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of heritage restoration and construction projects.
This will include:
Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Coordinating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and specialist trades.Ensuring adherence to conservation standards and practices.Handling procurement and contract management.Mitigating risks and problem-solving while maintaining the highest quality of workmanship.Leading and motivating on-site teams.Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally within heritage, restoration, or conservation projects.Strong understanding of conservation principles and traditional building methods.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Familiarity with building regulations, planning laws, and health &; safety protocols.A passion for history and heritage work.What We Offer: Competitive salary, dependent on experience.Opportunities to work on unique, historically significant projects.A supportive and dynamic team environment.Continuous professional development and career progression.To Apply: If you are an experienced Project Manager with a passion for heritage projects, we’d love to hear from you!
