£45,000 pa Excellent company benefit scheme Days Monday to Friday Hereford Essential Candidate Requirements: Very good experience in project management related to building refurbishment, building facilities upgrade and refit Experience in leading projects related to refurbishment, refit and upgrade of existing building facilities A professional qualification in engineering Experience with CDM (construction design and management) SSSTS OR SMSTS Hereford Main Duties: Project management related to the refurbishment and building refit at a commercial building in Hereford Supervising subcontractors Reviewing method statements and risk assessments Budget and cost control Tender management £45,000 pa plus holidays, free on site parking, pension and incredible company benefits scheme
