We're looking for Project Manager to join our Ministry of Justice Projects team based across London.
Location : Multi-Site across London Contract : Full Time, Permanent   Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice Projects team, supporting them in the management of Projects Works Across the Kier Workplace Solutions Portfolio.
Your day to day will include: To produce comprehensive scoping document for tender process To carry out impartial tender analysis and sub-contractor recommendations for client Over-seeing of multiple projects from conception to completion Maintaining and growing Client and Key stakeholder relationships Ensuring that safety is always managed as the number one priority.
Subcontractor monitoring, site audits, quality checks, compliance   What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager is great for you if: You have an understanding of FM projects You have your SMSTS/CSCS/IOSH Managing Safely.
You have a good understanding of CDM.
You have extensive experience in health & safety with excellent safety culture.
You have IT skills especially MS Office You have a full driving license as role will involve travel within the U.K. We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!

Due to the nature of this role and the nature of the work at this site, you will be required to complete a Government Security Check (SC) Clearance, which takes place before your employment, and is conducted by the Cabinet Office's United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) agency who set out a pre-requisite criteria including residency history.
