Description Senior Project Manager Newport PagnellUpto £75,000 plus package Our client, a main contractor with multiple offices around the country are seeking a Project Manager specifically for their Northampton regional office.
They are actively seeking a Project Manager to lead a recently awarded project with a contract value of £10 million and a programme of 12 months.The secured project comprises a New Build extension to an existing building and the subsequent fit out to follow.
You will be site based, having sole responsibility for the operational function of the project, managing all site staff.
You will report to a visiting Construction Manager and will work alongside a site based Senior QS.Location of new projects secured: Bedfordshire & Northamptonshire You will work closely with the Construction Director and have day to day operational responsibility for the live project.
The Candidate (Project Manager):As a Project Manager you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness.
