Project Manager - 12-month contract Lincolnshire/Cheshire - x3-4 days a week onsite We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join a brand new team, spearheading a new initiative on an initial 12-month contract.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, you'll be driving significant growth through technological and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the creation and development of a micro-enterprise aimed at enhancing business capabilities and client support.
Collaborate closely with all business streams to build robust partnerships and foster substantial growth.
Innovatively manage product and service development to align with client needs and expectations.
Provide pragmatic leadership in an agile environment, with a focus on efficient, impactful results.
Ideal Candidate: Proven track record in leading digital transformation projects and scaling mid-sized businesses.
Strong ability to think on their feet, with excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels and external clients.
Ability to work onsite 3-4 days a week in Lincolnshire or Cheshire.
