You will be responsible for delivering high quality project management services across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to handover.
You will also have the opportunity to work on live projects, leading small to medium sized complex commissions and supporting major complex new build schemes in London.
This is a great opportunity to take the lead and grow a successful career within our market leading Health and Education Division.ResponsibilitiesPlan and secure resources for the project or programme, using appropriate tools and techniquesLead and manage the project or programme team and delegate tasks, ensuring clear roles and responsibilitiesIdentify and manage risks and issues, using effective mitigation and contingency strategiesEnsure the project or programme stays on track and delivers on time and within budget, using relevant project management methodologies and standardsBuild, sustain and facilitate relationships with project or programme stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagementMonitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the project or programme, using appropriate metrics and indicatorsEvaluate the impact and benefits of the project or programme, using evidence-based methods and toolsQualificationsPost-graduate level professional qualification in project management (must be internationally recognised)Degree in a relevant field (preferable)Experience in Health projects, such as hospitals, clinics, or research facilitiesStrong contract administration skills, especially with NEC contractsCommercially astute, with the ability to manage budgets and resourcesKnowledge of the UK Department of Health and Social Care's management systems and toolsAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
