If you are a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you!About The Role:As Project Manager you will work closely with the Surveyors and Site Managers and take responsibility for the overall delivery of the project to budget, quality and time scales.Key Responsibilities include:•Full operational responsible for the project•Conducting regular client meetings updating on progress•Management of all site team including sub-contractors•Working with Surveyors to ensure project is in line with budgets.•Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to.About You:•Experience of managing a commercial build project as a Project Manager•Experience working for a Main Contractor on schemes valued £5m +•Experience in diverse sectors.•Experience in new build & refurbishment•Experience of speaking to clients at multiple levels•Experience of managing sub-contractors effectively•SMSTS and First Aid•CSCS card•Degree or HND Qualified or a Trades background.If you're interested in the role and meet the requirements, please apply today.Application closing date 31st October
