Job Title: Project Management Business Partner (PMBP)Location: Strand, London WC2R 0AP, UKHourly Rate: £40/hour inside IR35 Role Overview:Join the dynamic team as a Project Management Business Partner (PMBP) to support the growth of our Services Ecosystem Development & Integration initiatives.
In this vital role, you will bridge the gap between traditional project management and the agile, flexible collaboration required to meet our business commitments.You will operate in a transnational environment, ensuring clear communication and effective support for all projects and portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with project leaders to establish governance structures and manage stakeholder relationships.Conduct progress reviews and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely execution.Develop and maintain management plans, KPIs, and project roadmaps.Foster new service development and onboard partners to enhance our ecosystem.Support the Minimum Valuable Ecosystem involving multiple airlines.Essential:Initial experience in project management.Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to understand and respond constructively.Ability to maintain a big-picture perspective while paying attention to detail.Initiative-driven, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Capable of working autonomously and structuring projects effectively.Proficiency in English (negotiation level).If you are highly motivated and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
