We are a web and applications development agency: providing technical services directly to our clients serving as an extension to your digital team as your business grows partnering with design agencies to give backend stability to their frontend creativity Due to further growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Co-Ordinator to join our team.
The Role: Project Management Methodology: Work with the PM to employ AGILE principles to manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects, focusing on website or application solutions.
Team Coordination: Work with the PM to facilitate weekly internal meetings, such as standups and AGILE rituals, to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
Client Collaboration: Work with the PM to conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project milestones, address feedback, and ensure alignment with their goals.
Management of Project Spaces within ClickUp Documentation Management: Create, organise, and maintain comprehensive project documentation within ClickUp.
Epics and Stories Creation: Assist in the development of project epics and stories to support effective sprint management and delivery.
Requirement Clarity: Collaborate with clients to ensure project requirements are well-defined, documented, and clearly communicated to the team.
Schedule Management Schedule Review: Work with the PM to Monitor the agency's schedule on a weekly basis to identify potential bottlenecks or conflicts.
Issue Mitigation: Proactively address scheduling issues to minimise their impact on project timelines and delivery.
Resource Allocation: Work with team members to ensure resources are optimally allocated to meet project demands.
Continuous Product development & Account Management Requirement Refinement: Collaborate with the development team to clarify and refine the requirements of client change requests.
Effort Estimation: Prepare detailed task estimates to outline the scope and effort required for completion.
Client Proposals: Develop and present quotes for client approval, ensuring clarity and alignment with their expectations.
Scheduling and Execution: Once approved, coordinate with developers to allocate time for implementation and ensure the task is completed efficiently.
Client meetings & Workshops: meet with existing clients to explore new development requests and maintain a good working relationship.
Triaging and Managing Support Tickets Ticket Handling: Efficiently manage incoming support tickets, ensuring timely responses and proper prioritisation.
Assignment and Resolution: Assign tickets to the appropriate team members for resolution and track progress to completion.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients through weekly update meetings, keeping them informed about the status of their tickets.
Deployment Coordination: Organise and manage deployments, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption to the client's operations.
