We're on the lookout for an aspiring Project Assistant who is excited to make their first steps in the creative producing industry through our internship programme.
The internship duration will span 3-months and a successful candidate would be expecting to receive a full-time position as Project Assistant.
This is a great entry level position for a recent graduate interested in a career in creative management, with a willingness to tackle any challenge and to learn about the everyday life of the studio.
Specific duties and day-to-day responsibilities may vary from coordinating the schedules, production and budget on a project, to assisting with office management in a fast-paced production environment.
We're looking for someone who shares our passion for technology, design, and art - and is hungry be part of the team launching exciting ideas.
This is an onsite role only, based in our studio near Kings Cross.

Requirements The role will be varied, fast-paced and involve supporting the running of the studio and management of clients, assisting the Creative Producing team, with a variety of responsibilities including: Corresponding with internal artist team to clarify questions and collect data.
Liaising with external suppliers to arrange services necessary for projects.
Creating external budgets and schedules.
Responsible for keeping the central project management system up to date.
Supporting the new business team and building client relationships.
Proofreading briefs and treatments for copy errors or omissions.
Support with writing tasks for marketing purposes, such as social media posts.
Other administrative tasks as and when required.

Solid numeracy and comfortable with mental arithmetic.
Highly computer literate - proficiency or experience in Google Drive and In-Design layouts (Design skills are very desirable for treatment and deck building) This is an entry level position and we will be looking to see you progress within the company.
Salary: £24,000 p/a
