Programme Delivery Manager

We're looking for a Digital Programme Delivery Lead to spearhead cutting-edge digital change and system integration projects.
In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes that advance our clients digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from development to live support Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including third-party resources, to meet strategic objectives Oversee the integration of COTS products and technical solutions to enhance digital services Collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape digital roadmaps and agile project plans Ensure effective budget management, risk assessment, and clear project reporting Background needed: Must have an active MOD/Gov Security clearance (SC requirement) Extensive project management experience, ideally with multiple years in digital services Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and strong project management skills (APM PMQ or equivalent) Experience managing third-party providers and remote delivery teams Outstanding stakeholder engagement and management skills ideally gained from MOD projects and programmes Skilled in motivating teams and maintaining transparent, collaborative workflows Location: Corsham, with travel to other UK sites as required Security Clearance: SC level
