Production Operative Pertemps Stoke are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Operative to join our client's team in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in wire harness assembly and electromechanical products Key Responsibilities of this production operative role: Cutting and stripping wires to specified lengths Crimping and soldering of terminations Handling and application of electronic components in the assembly process Use of heat shrink products and associated adhesives for insulation and protection Reading and interpreting production drawings and technical documentation for wire harnesses and electromechanical products Following documented build procedures with precision and attention to detail Essential Skills & Experience for this production operative role: Previous experience in wire harness assembly or electromechanical product manufacturing Proficient in crimping and soldering techniques Ability to work with heat shrink products and adhesives Strong understanding of production drawings and ability to work to detailed build procedures High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks Details of this production operative role: Hourly rate: £11.44 Monday to Thursday 8:00-16:30 Friday 8:00-12:30 Free onsite parking A supportive and friendly work environment Temporary ongoing position   Please note that Pertemps will only contact applicants who have the relevant experience for the position.
