As a Production Operative you will be responsible for setting up and operating our state-of-the-art machinery.

Hourly pay will increase up to once completely multi-skilled.
What youll do: Demonstrate competence in timely machine setup, minimising down time and maximising efficiencies by working effectively as part of a team.
Produce work of a high standard by adhering to quality standards to ensure that product is produced to agreed specifications.
Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues to promote successful teamwork.
Experience Desirable to have a basic understanding of safety in a production environment.
Desirable to have experience working in print/paper or corrugated industry.
Experience working in a production environment is desirable.
Skills/Knowledge Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
Displays a self-belief that instils confidence in others.
Be brave to make mistakes and learn from them.
