Production Operative

Job Title : Production Operative Location : Witham Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 3:00PM - 12:00 AM Hourly Rate : £12.00 per hour Key Responsibilities : General production duties.
Ensure the smooth running of the production line.
Assisting Machine Operator.
Basic assembly work.
Packing small items according to company standards.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Requirements : Previous experience in a similar production or packing role is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Good attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
