This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, implement lean manufacturing principles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
We're looking for Production Managers with the below skills & experience: Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in an FMCG manufacturing environment Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams Expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies, including tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to fostering a safe working environment If you would like to be part of a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation and operational excellence, please get in touch with Emma Bartholomew or Anna Morgan.
