The Role: As a Production Manager at Studio XAG, you'll lead our dedicated production team in executing a diverse range of projects from concept to delivery.
Working with renowned brands across the globe, you'll oversee all aspects of production, collaborating closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
Responsibilities include: Leading production management for medium to large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards Consulting and advising Project & Design teams to make informed production decisions Developing and communicating accurate timelines, scheduling staff, and allocating resources effectively Estimating and costing projects based on visuals and technical drawings Managing the budget of the project to ensure NP targets are met Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, freelancers, and makers Implementing quality control measures to uphold our standards of excellence Staying updated on new materials, suppliers, and processes to drive innovation Managing production project administration tasks such as creating purchase orders, communicating with suppliers, and overseeing timesheets Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and risk assessment management Requirements Who We're Looking For: Excellent administrative and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of materials, production, and assembly processes, with experience in a workshop environment Strong time management and communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative team spirit Proactive, self-sufficient, and able to take initiative to solve problems Ideal Experience: 3+ years experience in a similar role Experience in a workshop/manufacturing environment Knowledge of Synergist Software or similar costing/project management software Procurement or buying experience for a workshop Project management experience Benefits Location: This role is based full-time at our East London studio, with options for flexible working hours Benefits: Annual bonus scheme based on gross profit Workplace pension 25 days holiday (including 3 days during Christmas closure) + Bank Holidays 0.5 paid days off per month for inspiration International research budgets and trips YCN creative professional learning membership Spill mental health support Flexible working options available Belonging and Inclusivity at StudioXAG: StudioXAG is a business that strives for equality for all its people.
