JOB PURPOSE Burberry is looking for a talented Production Coordinator to join our Creative Production and Casting team.
Within this dynamic role, you will be working across all content campaigns, aiding in the creation of stills and video campaigns across all Burberry divisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with and provide support to the Production team, including managing workflow for Production Assistants/Runners on set.
Collate and input production contacts into the central production directory, and work with internal departments (e.g., Security, Facilities, H&S) to ensure proper support.
Organize equipment, arrange travel and accommodation, and manage studio and catering options.
Build call sheets, production tracker documents, and shoot schedules to ensure smooth production operations.
Support the Producer in managing the budget, tracking shoot expenses, and replenishing production kit inventory.
Provide on-set production support, to ensure all needs are met throughout the shoot.
PERSONAL PROFILE Two years experience working in fashion shoot production, whether in-house, agency, or freelance, with references.
A genuine interest in the fashion industry, with a willingness to listen and learn in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to pivot quickly in response to changing briefs.
Excellent communication skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude who enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to the team's ideas.
Strong interpersonal skills to ensure productive internal and external relationships.
