A growing company in Limavady is seeking a Production Administrator to join their team.
In this role, you will play a key part in managing production schedules, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Your Duties: Track production progress and maintain accurate records to meet delivery targets.
Manage and distribute production schedules to team leaders, ensuring priorities are clear.
Review production status with team leaders and prepare reports for weekly meetings.
Attend production meetings with senior management to discuss progress and resolve issues.
Liaise with project managers and the stores team to ensure stock levels meet production needs.
Order materials and consumables for the factory as required.
Provide accurate production updates to multiple teams, ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Organise and monitor the maintenance of equipment and tools, tracking associated paperwork.
Consolidate and track all factory paperwork for product traceability in the system.
Assist the Logistics Co-Ordinator with administrative tasks as needed.
Identify and suggest improvements to streamline factory processes and practices.
Your Profile: Essential Criteria: GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above).
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administrative role.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work on-site in Causeway Coast and Glens.
Desirable Criteria: Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Personal Specification: Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Your Benefits: £25,000-£28,000 per annum.
Additional Information: Full time, Permanent.
Limavady, L/Derry location.
