#LI-Hybrid This is the job As a Product Owner within our Digital Mobile team, you'll take responsibility for managing selected digital propositions and changes for the AA.
You'll focus on delivering digital experiences that drive a strong customer experience while achieving positive commercial outcomes.
Key to this role is coordinating across departments to ensure alignment between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
At the AA, we are investing heavily in our digital products and services, with our flagship App being central to our strategy.
We have an exciting agenda and roadmap ahead, and we are looking for someone who is ready to help us continue evolve and level up our next chapter!
Please note, this position is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What will I be doing?
Support the Senior Product Manager in developing priorities and backlog in line with business priorities, making trade-offs, and ensuring the delivery team understands the backlog of work.
Develop user stories and sign off on stories for release on behalf of the business.
Capture and assess business/development requests, producing user stories and acceptance criteria with the help of the scrum team.
Keep a wide range of stakeholders engaged and informed of progress, including organising internal demos, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and refinement sessions.
Work with the Sales & Marketing and Customer Success teams to understand customer responses to online journeys, including usability testing, onsite feedback, and competitor benchmarking.
Define KPIs and actively measure performance – both quantitative and qualitative.
What do I need?
Deep understanding of digital product management and development, preferably with mobile apps.
Experience in successfully delivering changes to digital customer journeys, with a strong commercial awareness to identify opportunities and issues.
Complete understanding of the Product Owner role within an Agile Scrum setting, including user-centric design and business process management.
Ability to work under pressure and at pace, with a good understanding of digital tools and technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of JIRA / Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Digital Analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders and colleagues, displaying flexibility, leadership, and attention to detail.
