About The Position We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Development Teams to help us reach the next level of strategic development and growth at Comply365.
The Product Owner role will be responsible for working with multiple teams and taking ownership of the creation, maintenance and prioritisation of the product backlog, ensuring the highest value work is delivered to the customer.
You will have a solid understanding of the customer and their personas.
About You You will have the ability to apply a wide range of techniques to communicate product requirements set by the Product Management organisation to the teams.
You will also take responsibility for gathering user feedback and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and business users.
You will work closely with the development teams and support the development lifecycle, ensuring high quality standards for the development of the product.
Role and Responsibilities: Be the voice of the customer, translating product requirements from the Product Management team into actionable Epics, Features and User stories.
Work in collaboration with the team to refine and estimate user stories, create and maintain personas, user acceptance criteria etc.
Help ensure all user stories have clear acceptance criteria defined to enable development and test cases can be derived.
Work with the development team contributing to refinement and planning sessions.
Ensure through collaboration with the development team that all issues and risks are raised in a timely manner, work with the team to mitigate and resolve any issues that occur and if they cannot be resolved escalate.
Be/Become an expert in your product, and its domain with the ability to advise and mould customer requirements to maintain product integrity whilst catering for customer specific work.
Proactively suggests improvements to the Product processes, helping us to constantly improve and promote these throughout the department.
Work with the development team to perform user acceptance testing on larger features once all user stories within are complete.
What we're lookin g for: Passionate about delivering excellent products.
Proficient in Agile Development.
Experienced in working on multiple projects.
Experienced as a Product Owner.
Ideally already working in the airline industry.
Previous experience in working with a SaaS product.
A self-starter and keen to take charge of improvements.
Experience working on a technical product with a focus on data analysis would be an asset.
