About the role Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement will be a critical resource in supporting our sales teams' readiness and effectiveness.
You will focus on executing sales enablement initiatives, supporting product launches, and managing training and onboarding efforts.
You'll work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver resources and training that ensure our sales teams are equipped to engage prospects with confidence and stay aligned to our go-to-market strategy.
What would you do?
Sales Enablement Execution: Drive the creation and distribution of high-quality enablement materials, such as playbooks, pitch decks, product datasheets, case studies, and objection-handling guides.
Sales Training and Onboarding: Take ownership of developing and executing sales training programs to ensure new and existing sales team members have a deep understanding of our products, customer benefits, and solution use cases.
Product Launch Support: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create and distribute launch-specific enablement materials that support new product introductions and feature enhancements.
Sales Resource Management: Organize and maintain an up-to-date library of sales resources, ensuring sales teams have quick access to the latest information and tools.
Who you are?
/ What we expect: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related role in B2B enterprise software.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging training content.
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver timely enablement resources.
Proven track record of delivering and managing effective sales enablement programs that empower sales teams.
The icing on the cake: Experience in manufacturing, aftermarket service and parts lifecycle management, or a closely related industry is preferred Familiarity with Force Management, Command of the Message, MEDDIC or similar enterprise tech sales frameworks is highly preferable This role supports sales and sales development teams based in the U.S. and Europe but will not require regular travel.
