> We are seeking a strategic dynamic Product Manager to sit within the Point of Sale/Embedded Lending product team and lead the development and optimisation of our embedded lending and point of sale finance propositions.
In this role, you will actively contribute towards overall product strategy defining product strategies and core features for our embedded finance solutions, aligning them with market demands and customer needs.

In this role you will: • Design, develop, and iterate the product construct for various embedded lending and point of sale finance offerings, including loan terms, credit limits, and repayment options, ensuring alignment with market opportunities, retail sector characteristics and customer needs (including responding to RFP's from retail partners) • Create and manage individual product roadmaps for new product offerings and drive required changes/enhancements to features and functionalities • Tailor product propositions that align with the needs of merchant and platform partners, ensuring easy integration into their ecosystems • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position our embedded lending solutions as a leader in the market, staying ahead of emerging trends • Identify new opportunities for product growth and positioning in the market and partner with the Merchant Relationship Team around go-to-market strategy; highlight the value proposition of embedded finance solutions for both B2B (merchants) and B2C (customers) audiences To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: • Proven experience in product management within financial services, ideally with a focus on embedded lending, point of sale finance, or Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) products • Strong understanding of market dynamics in Point of Sale/Embedded Lending, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning; experience working with merchants, partners, or B2B clients to develop customized lending solutions that meet both customer and business needs • An understanding of current and future regulatory environment relating to point of sale finance • Knowledge of credit risk, underwriting practices, and regulatory requirements specific to POS financing and embedded lending • Ability to translate business requirements into product specifications and user stories This role is based in Birmingham, Leeds, Chester, Sheffield or London.
