Your new role: Reporting to the Category Manager, the Product Group Manager will drive the success of our product lines and shape our market presence.
Key Responsibilities: Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to enhance our product offerings
Innovation and Growth: Identify and develop new product opportunities that align with our strategic goals, driving continuous growth
Lifecycle Leadership: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from regular range reviews to launching new products and phasing out underperformers
Collaborative Ambassador: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to effectively communicate our product range, ensuring alignment across the business
Data Integrity Champion: Maintain accurate product data and collaborate with supply chain teams for operational efficiency.
Brand Advocate: Elevate Häfele's profile in the UK market by nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
What you'll need to succeed: To be successful in this position you will:

It is full time, permanent, core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Hybrid working available of 3 days on site (including Monday and Tuesday) and 2 days remote.
